About Me
Christina has been working in costume history and construction since 1999. She studied at the University of Applied Sciences in Bielefeld/Germany and holds a degree in fashion design. As a lover of all things 18th century her graduation collection “Merveilleuses - Liberté a la Mode” featured contemporary womenswear with an 18th century theme!
She completed postgraduate studies in costume design and theatrical millinery in London, and hosts lectures and workshops on historical clothing. She is head pattern designer for historical pattern company Nehelenia Patterns of Germany.
